Memberships

Kemper Museum Members help keep the Museum free for all visitors. At the Kemper Museum there is no charge for admission, parking, special exhibitions or programs. Your membership underwrites these expenses and helps to introduce thousands of people to contemporary art each year.

Solo - $55.00

  • Membership card and benefits for one person.

Duo - $75.00

  • Membership for two people living at the same address (two cards). 
  • 5% off at Museum Shop & Café Sebastienne. 

Family - $150.00

  • Membership for all members living at the same address (two cards).
  • 5% off at Museum Shop & Café Sebastienne.
  • Reciprocal membership privileges at 800+ museums through the North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) program.
  • Early registration privileges for youth programs.

Associate - $300.00

FAMILY level benefits, plus:

  • 10% off at Museum Shop & Café Sebastienne.
  • Reciprocal membership privileges in elite art museums nationwide through the Modern and Contemporary Reciprocal Membership (ModCo) program.

Connoisseur - $500.00

ASSOCIATE level benefits, plus:

  • Daytime use of Meeting Room Gallery or Kemper East for a private event one time per membership year with planning support provided by the Museum’s special event manager.
  • Membership in the Collectors Forum, which includes invitations to three Private Collection Salons each year, and travel opportunities with Museum leadership.

Patron - $1,000.00

  • Use of the Meeting Room Gallery, Kemper East, or Café Courtyard for a private event.
  • 15% off at Museum Shop & Café Sebastienne
  • Invitation for two to the annual National Committee Celebration, which includes a private dinner, and guest artist talk. This year’s celebration is set for Thursday, May 19, 2016.
  • Membership in the Collectors Forum, which includes invitations to three Private Collection Salons each year, and travel opportunities with Museum leadership.
  • Reciprocal membership privileges at 800+ museums through the North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) program and Modern and Contemporary Reciprocal Membership (ModCo) program 

Special Contributor - $3,000.00

PATRON level benefits, plus:

You will be prominently recognized on the entrance wall of the exhibition throughout the run, typically through three to five months. Sponsors will be listed in alphabetical order within their sponsorship category. Staff will meet with you to share exhibition details, and help determine which exhibition best meets your interests.
  • A private walk through the exhibition with the curator for you and a select group of your friends.
  • Invitation for two to an exhibition related dinner.
  • Use of the entire Museum for a private event one time per membership year for more than 80 guests with planning support provided by the Museum’s special event manager.
  • Two membership cards allowing 20% off at Museum Shop & Café Sebastienne.
  • Prominent placement on the donor recognition wall at the entrance to Café Sebastienne, the Kemper Museum’s premiere on-site restaurant, during the full year beginning in March following the year of your gift before December 31.
