You make it happen
Kemper Museum’s incredible free world-class art exhibitions and educational programming would not be possible without the support of people like you. From one dollar to $1,000 every gift matters. Perhaps you were inspired by one of the Museum’s 21 varieties of educational programs including Artist Talks, workshops, or lectures – or your children enjoyed the wide variety of thought-provoking programs, such as Camp Kemper or Scavenger Saturdays. The Museum presents more than 800 free programs for adult, intergenerational, and youth audiences annually. Now you can help us continue our mission with a donation in the amount of your choice.
Each year, over 5,600 school children experience docent-led tours, including over 3,500 students from 50+ area schools whose school received reimbursement for the cost of their transportation to and from the Museum. Another 2,200+ children and family members participated in storytelling in the galleries, camps, workshops, a collaborative program for children with and without special needs, and/or a homeschool program. More than 6,300 adults attend artist talks, panel discussions, music performances, tours, and workshops.
At Kemper Museum, there is no charge for admission, special exhibitions, or public programming – even our parking is free! By making a donation today, you will ensure that one of Kansas City’s only entirely free cultural institutions will continue to welcome nearly 100,000 visitors annually.
Our mission has never been more important as Kemper Museum builds on a legacy of cultural and civic engagement. Your 100% tax-deductible gift to Kemper Museum makes this possible. Thank you, in advance, for your contribution to the Annual Fund.
