Program Details and Location
The No Boundaries: Teen Art Initiative will run for eight sessions on consecutive Wednesdays beginning January 18 through March 8 (session dates are listed below). Each session will begin after school, from 4:30–6:30 p.m.
In addition to the eight scheduled sessions, the Program will be kicked off by a special event at the Kemper Museum. Students, their parents, and nominating teachers can familiarize themselves with the staff, curriculum, and plans. A public exhibition featuring the students’ artwork created during the Program will be unveiled on April 7, 2017.
Winter 2017 Session Dates:
Sessions will begin with a delicious, nutritious boxed lunch and juice to get the creative juices flowing! All art supplies and materials will be supplied by the Program.
The Program will be hosted at the Kemper at the Crossroads, 33 West 19th Street, in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition to the Program space, this building also houses one of the Museum’s galleries. If transportation proves to be a challenge, arrangements will be made by the Museum to accommodate transportation needs.
