Colors demonstrates Brega’s significant contribution to the trompe l’oeil style of painting. The centuries-old tradition of trompe l’oeil literally means “to fool the eye,” and Massachusetts- based artist Brega stresses that his detailed works are indeed painted to convince us that what we see is real. The jacket belongs to Joey Kramer. Kramer is drummer for the legendary rock band Aerosmith.
