The signature building near the Country Club Plaza is designed by Gunnar Birkerts and features the permanent collection, special exhibitions, Café Sebastienne, and the Museum Shop. Kemper East is located just a half-block away inside a restored, 100-year-old landmark property and features the Museum’s collection. Kemper at the Crossroads, located in the heart of downtown Kansas City's Crossroads Arts District, is open to the public on First Fridays noon to 10:00 p.m. Admission is free..
