The Kemper Museum is home to a number of prints by celebrated Bay Area artist Wayne Thiebaud, renowned for his images of confections and cityscapes. His still lifes, from candied apples and pies to sardines and club sandwiches, offer a view of the visual delight found in American consumerism and excess.
