Curated by Susan Landauer, curator of the San Jose Museum of Art, CA, this exhibition examined Bay Area figurative art dating from the late 1950s to the present. Focusing on humorous and whimsical work, the exhibition featured 45 paintings, drawings, and sculptures. Highlighted artists include Wayne Thiebaud, Elmer Bischoff, David Park, Robert Arneson, and many others.
