1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup orange juice
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
½ cup honey
1 tablespoon mild curry powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Puree all ingredients in a blender. Serve with autumn salad.

1 pound pecan halves
½ cup honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted butter
½ pound seasonal greens (spring mix or romaine lettuce, for example)
1 cup diced smoked turkey
1 cup diced smoked Gouda cheese
2 Granny Smith apples, sliced
½ cup curry mustard dressing (see left)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss first four ingredients together in a bowl. Spread onto a greased baking sheet and bake 8 minutes. Remove pecans from baking sheet immediately, separating with a fork as needed. Meanwhile, toss remaining five ingredients together. Garnish with 1/2 cup candied pecans per salad.
